Product Description

In June 2020, a construction company from the Peru found our promoters, because they were about to carry out a road construction project and hoped to crush the granite raw materials (250 mm to 500 mm) into sizes of 1-5mm and 5-10mm 10-20mm, and due to the large amount of work, it is necessary to crush 150t/h of granite.
Based on the customer's information, we had customized granite crushing solutions for customers, including jaw crusher, cone crusher, sand Making Machine, and YK vibrating screen.
We choose the PE-600x900 model for coarse crushing, which fully meets the customer's demand for output. We add cone crushers and sand-making machines to the secondary and tertiary crushing equipment to optimize product particles and finally obtain high-quality finished products.

 Working Principle for jaw crusher:  
Jaw Crusher machine uses compressive force to break hard stone material, such as granite, basalt, limestone, gold ore,boulders etc. There two vertical manganese jaw plates create a V-shaped cavity called crushing chamber, where the top of the crushing chamber is larger than the bottom.
The moving jaw moves back and forward against the fixed jaw, and material fed from the top chamber is compressed between the two jaws, breaking it into smaller pieces.As the moving jaw moves away from the fixed jaw, the crushed material is discharged from discharge opening at the bottom.
The required rock size is determined by the gap between the jaws. Wide adjustment range of discharging port meets different demands.
About wearing parts
The accessories and wearing parts of the jaw crusher are crucial to the normal operation and crushing efficiency of the equipment. In daily use, special attention should be paid to the protection and maintenance of these parts and worn or damaged parts should be checked and replaced in time to ensure the long-term stable operation of the crusher.
The wearing parts of the jaw crusher include a toggle plate, side guard plate, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, toggle plate lining, etc. The jaw plate is the main working part and bears a large impact and extrusion force, so the wear rate is relatively high. Powerful, wearing parts need to be replaced regularly, choose wear-resistant materials to increase the life of the equipment.
