What is SF flotation machine?
SF flotation machine is a kind of equipment used for the selection of non-ferrous metals (such as gold and copper), ferrous metals and non-metallic minerals (such as coal and fluorite). It is composed of impeller, air guide sleeve, stator and other parts. Manufacturers include Qingdao Qingzhong, Yantai Xinhai and other enterprises. It drives the backward-inclined double-blade impeller to rotate by electric motor to generate negative pressure, inhale air and mix with slurry to form mineralized foam, and the minerals are separated by scraping foam after attachment; unmineralized particles can enter the next tank through the intermediate ore box for circulation treatment. It is often configured horizontally with JJF flotation machine to form a unit, eliminating the need for foam pump.
Main components
The sf flotation machine is driven by the V-belt drive of the motor to drive the impeller to rotate, generating centrifugal action to form negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is sucked in to mix with the slurry, and on the other hand, the slurry is stirred to mix with the medicine, and at the same time, the foam is refined, so that the minerals are bonded to the foam and float to the surface of the slurry to form mineralized foam. Adjust the gate height to control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.

5. The impeller has backward-inclined upper and lower blades. The upper blade produces an upper circulation of slurry, and the lower blade produces a lower circulation of slurry.
